Accidents can happen on any trip, which is why Apple offers travel insurance for Canadians. With our Travel Insurance, you may trust that you are covered with one of B.C.’s leading travel insurance providers on your out-of-province and out-of-country trips. Apple Insurance offers travel medical insurance and additional coverages such as trip cancellation insurance, so you travel knowing you are protected from costly medical bills. We provide you with the coverage you need to travel with confidence.

Why do I need travel medical insurance?
British Columbia’s provincial health plan (MSP) fully covers only eligible expenses such as physician and hospital services that are incurred on a trip within Canada (with the exception of Quebec, where the amount covered is approximately 75%). In addition, your MSP may only cover up to 10 % of the medical expenses you or your family incur while travelling outside the country. To ensure you’re protected from costly medical bills outside the province, Apple gets you the coverage you need to travel with confidence.

What does travel insurance include?
* BCAA’s plans include both medical and non-medical options:
* Emergency medical insurance
* Option to enhance coverage for pre-existing health conditions
* Single and multi trip plan options and various trip lengths to choose from
